Jan 28, 2018 I meant mess. 'Hey, Siri' does not work in my Ford Fusion after the Apple update. Used honda crv 2017. When I said 'Hey, Siri' the iPhone used to turn on my car's mic to get the command, but after iOS 11 it doesn't do that anymore. I have the last version of Ford Sync installed. The 2015 Ford Fusion has 491 problems & defects reported by Fusion owners. The worst complaints are engine, accessories - interior, and electrical problems.
